Sometimes magic means following through on the mundane things. Today I was given the advice that can’t be overconfident in my ability to manifest; that I can’t create something out of nothing. 

There are physical laws that must be adhered to even if they can be bent at times. So magician though I may be, this is a period of manifestation through non-magical means. Making my will manifest through physical work in the material realm. In the long run, what else does magic mean if not this?
